Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our Indigenous-designed footwear and accessories.
How do I determine my size for Mukluks and Moccasins?
Most of our footwear is available in full sizes only. Since natural materials like sheepskin and suede will stretch slightly with wear, we generally recommend sizing down if you are a half-size.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping options across North America. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information is sent via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
How should I care for my Manitobah products?
To maintain the quality of your suede and leather, we recommend using a high-quality protector spray before your first wear. Avoid submerging in water and use a soft brush to remove surface dirt.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Simply use our online portal to generate a return label. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Are your products authentic Indigenous designs?
Yes, we are an Indigenous-rooted brand. We collaborate with Indigenous artists who receive royalties for their designs, and we are committed to celebrating and supporting Indigenous communities through our Storyboot School and social impact initiatives.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
We take pride in our craftsmanship. Manitobah offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for up to 12 months from the date of purchase with proof of receipt.
